Tuesday, 22 December 09 – 1827 hrs

The company was dispatched along with Companies 36 (Kulptown) and 24 (Geigertown) for a reported working chimney fire on Chestnut St in Union Twp.  Chief 7 (S. Kulp) arrived with nothing showing; however, after investigating found an active chimney fire.  Crews extinguished the fire with dry chemical extinguishers and checked for extension.
